【R&D  Engineer】                                      Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for completing various tasks in the company's new product development plan.

2. Responsible for new product development, adopt new processes, new technologies, new materials to improve product quality.

3. Responsible for new products, drawing and compiling related technical process documents and inspection standards.

4. Responsible for collecting domestic and foreign technical information to pay attention to product trends, to provide technical reference for the company's decision-making.

5. Responsible for R & D process training, technical guidance to the production line.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in material science, electronic technology, optics, chemistry, chemical engineering, machinery, etc.

2. One to three years of relevant product development experience.

3. Strong learning ability, innovation ability and data analysis ability.
